Classic Mercurys and vintage AlumaCrafts, it just doesn't get any better.  Now add in a calm day on Keuka Lake spent with a good friend, perfect. Toby Hall and I took the twins out for a play day. My FD with 1969 Merc 200 is on the left, Toby's FD with 1963 Merc 350 is on the right. Both boats are 1959 and approximately 1000 serial numbers apart.

My cousin's son here in Georgoa is the pictured in December 2004.

Of interest might be that this Mark30H engine is the very last Mercury to every win an APBA C-stock Hydro Nationals in, I think, 1989.  Driver was Matt D'Augustino and he cannot recall who the boat/engine owner were.  The engine builder was Harold Barnes and has LOTS of unique build characteristics.  It was raced with the engine wrap installed backwards on the engine and no faceplate.
